3. Eligibility

4. Scope of Services
All services are defined in written agreements, proposals, or statements of work (SOW).

8. Intellectual Property
- All proprietary systems, frameworks, processes, and strategies remain the intellectual property of SaaS Growth Engines
- Clients retain ownership of their brand, content, and data
- You are granted a limited, non-transferable license to use deliverables for business purposes
Marketing agreements typically include strict IP ownership clauses to protect both parties.
9. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to:

This obligation continues even after termination.
10. Data & Compliance

12. Term & Termination
- Agreements continue for the agreed term unless terminated

- Immediate termination may occur for breach of terms
Upon termination:
- Outstanding payments remain due
- Access to services may be revoked
- Data handling will follow agreed terms
